The link with the unique “Lenker” system for the highest possible flexibility. For ship -for -stowing installations where the engines can be drawn up very softly. A maximum vibration insulation can be achieved with the Centax SEC-L.
Application
CENTAX couplings have been successfully used since 1988. In the meantime, more than 20,000 couplings have found their application in shippropulsionsystems, stowing installations, generator sets, construction machinery, trains etc.
Characteristics
The rubber element is characterized by a high torsion and radial flexibility. The Lenkers thereby offer high flexibility in axial angular direction. The flexibility torsion can be further determined by using a single or more rising rubber element, and the choice in rubber hardness. The Centax-SEC-L absorbs vibrations in torsioning and compensates for axial, radial and angular alignment differences. Contains a patented internal cooling system for high heat load. Available with segmented rubber elements. Turning protection is optional. Flange measures and hubs can be made fully customer -specific.
